Gubbio Visit - Young People's Festival, April 2011

As part of our friendship link with the Umbrian town of Gubbio, Hgta was invited to attend and assess the possibility of students from Huntingdon & Godmanchester participating in future 'Young People's Festival' events.

Malcolm Lyons, Trish James, David & Gwen King represented Hgta and as well as attending at the various events both Malcolm and Gwen gave a presentation to students on how the voluntary/charity organisations worked in the UK. Gwen also undertook a student workshop on card making techniques.

Gubbio twinning representatives appreciated Hgta's involvement and hoped this will be expanded upon in the future.
